These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of reliantbyte.com (the "Site") and any services provided by ReliantByte Solutions ("ReliantByte," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.

2. Services

ReliantByte provides technology services for law firms, including process automation, network refinement, cybersecurity, AI consulting, and related professional services. Specific deliverables, fees, and timelines are set out in separate written agreements (e.g., Statements of Work, Retainer Agreements) executed between ReliantByte and the client.

The Site itself, including blog posts, lead magnets, and free resources, is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, or technical advice.

3. Free Financial Efficiency Audit

The Free 15-Minute Financial Efficiency Audit is offered as a no-obligation discovery call. Findings shared during or after the audit are general observations and do not create a service relationship. A formal engagement begins only upon execution of a written agreement.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Site or our services for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, our systems, or other users' accounts
Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its underlying infrastructure
Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape any portion of the Site
Use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the ReliantByte Solutions name and brand — is owned by or licensed to ReliantByte and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Materials clearly marked as "free downloads" or "lead magnets" may be downloaded and used for your internal business purposes but may not be resold or redistributed.

6. Confidentiality

When ReliantByte engages with a client, both parties may exchange confidential information. The handling of client confidential information — including attorney-client privileged materials — is governed by the executed services agreement, not these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and any free resources are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on Site content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReliantByte and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or any free resources, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ReliantByte's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Liability arising from a paid service engagement is governed exclusively by the executed services agreement, not these Terms.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReliantByte and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Third-Party Services

The Site may reference or link to third-party services (such as MyCase, Lawmatics, Stripe, or Google Workspace). We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of any third-party service. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification — will continue to apply.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us in writing to attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of at least thirty (30) days.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on our Site. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any executed services agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and ReliantByte regarding your use of the Site.
